This is a great opportunity to pick a super clean M-1 dual mono stereo DAC.  Stereophile Class A.  This M-1 comes complete with the factory remote control, factory packaging, and box. Will support the first unfold of MQA up to 96hz.   Does a fantastic job on red book CD’s.  Built like a tank. This is a USB unit, but not the SE.  The SE upgrade can be done with Bricasti for $1,000, and at that price they do a clocking update (modification to the main board for better clocking) as well as the full SE upgrade.
