Edwards Home Entertainment and Design has this offering this McIntosh MX122 surround processor.

This 122 is super clean, without issues, and almost complete.  The 122 comes with its remote but the box has just been ordered and will take a few weeks to arrive.  Coming from my clients home in Carmel, CA, this processor was paired with the MC207 – which just sold.
